3. Upon booking, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 42 calendar days before the start date of the booking. If the period between booking and departure date is 42 calendar days or less, no deposit is required. In that case, the full amount must be paid to Arctic Home Experience at the time of booking.
4. Children aged between 4 and 12 receive a 20% discount on Arctic Home Experience's packages and optional activities, under the specified payment conditions.

5. The extrajudicial costs are determined as follows: 15% on a total price up to €2,500, 10% on the next €2,500, 5% on the following €5,500, and 1% on the remaining amount. Arctic Home Experience may deviate in your favor from the specified amounts and percentages.

3. Arctic Home Experience is not liable for damages suffered due to the rented accommodation not meeting the requirements or wishes of the (co)recreant.
4. Any damage to the accommodation or other facilities on the premises caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the respective guest and may result in additional costs.
5. The use of all facilities and services at the holiday destination is entirely at your own risk.

2. They will do everything possible to resolve the issue quickly and effectively. If, unfortunately, they are unable to satisfy you, please make a written report of the incident. Complaints submitted later cannot be processed. Therefore, it is not possible to make a complaint afterwards.
1. In the event of disputes, only the courts of legal jurisdiction are competent. The law applicable to these general terms and conditions applies.
